A hidden gem. Amazing traditional Greek cuisine, don't be put off by the outside seating. Generous portions, great authentic taste and very reasonably priced. We'll definitely be back! Can't recommend enough!

We ate here last night and so pleased we did. It's 4.9 star rating is well deserved and the food lives up to the reviews it has received. The tirokafteri (spicy greek whipped feta dip), for me, was a stand out dish. It was absolutly delicious. Very friendy service offering great tasting dishes and extremely well priced. Would recommend a visit. You will not be disappointed.

This is such a great find! They only open Fridays and Saturdays . Every weekend the menu changes slightly. Only on preorder. Pick up or delivery. I picked up on agreed time. Food was ready packed up. Payed cashless or cash. Friendly service. And now the important bit. Generous portions. Fresh and super tasty food. Would highly recommend and will definitely order again when back on holiday

Thank you very much for your review. Much appreciated!
Incredible food – generous portions, freshly cooked and super tasty. We’ve recently moved to Hayle from Bristol, where we regularly ordered Greek food, so were excited to try Proper Greek – we weren’t disappointed! Will definitely be ordering again.

Very tasty - would love to have worked my through the whole menu but in the end the meze selection box, xoirino gyros and tzoutzoukakia provided lots to enjoy in short space of time that we were in Cornwall. Bravo Proper Greek!

The best takeout food I've ever had! I would recommend anyone visiting Hayle to get their food if you're a fan of Greek food, or even if you're not a fan of Greek food. I still dream about their ekmek kadayifi!
